China property prices have recorded the first price drop since the last cycle.
经济圈有一句规律是这样的：不要去发达国家赚钱，也不要去穷国赚钱，要赚钱，就去高速发展中的国家。无论穷国富国，财富都已经是固定的，但在新兴的国家或者行业，财富是流动的增量，处在一个增量分配的过程，你这时候进去，不会伤害到任何人的利益，抢到的就是你的。
90年代的东南亚和如今的中国正是符合财富急速增加的时代。然而中国最近遇到了债务问题，处理不妥的话也有可能重现1997的东南亚危机。
至今我们都还听到投资人1997年买到多么便宜的股票然后发家致富。1997的时候我还太小，掌握不了那一轮红利。这次中国的资产价格大幅缩水，只要对这个经济体仍旧有信心，那就真的要好好掌握这次的机会了。
个人认为中国资产价格还没有到底，再等会儿。
