马来西亚石油生产重镇的租金已经开始飙涨
作为石油生产国的马来西亚，虽然经济上没有像中东国家这么依赖石油收入，但是高油价对市场信心的提振作用和资金的流入还是影响很大的。
春江水暖鸭先知。石油生产的重镇 Miri, Sarawak, 房租价格更是在近期2000名Shell 的员工返回岗位的带动下上涨了44% 。租金上涨了，离房价上涨还远吗？
