CORPORATE EVENTS

1. Paragon Union Bhd has received an unconditional mandatory take over from Koon Hoi Chun via AKK Capital Sdn Bhd at RM 0.55 per share.

2. Censof Holdings Bhd is increasing its stake in Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd. The acquisition will be funded via a private placement of new shares at RM 0.25 per share.

3. PNE PCB Bhd and KTG Bhd are raising funds via private placement while Jerasia Capital Bhd will be undertaking a rights issue exercise this week.

4. Advancecon Holdings Bhd and See Hup Consolidated Bhd has been awarded contract works from the ECRL project.

5. Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd, a PN16 company will be undertaking a capital repayment exercise, returning RM 0.96 per share to its shareholders.

6. Iris Corp has been awarded a contract worth RM 1.16 billion from the Ministry of Home Affairs for the provision of the immigration system.

PROPERTY NEWS

1. Sunsuria is disposing of another piece of land to improve its cash flow. This time, the buyer is Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd.

2. RGT Industries Sdn Bhd, the Penang-based manufacturer recently acquired a piece of land in Penang for RM 14 million.

3. The land that hosted the Kickapoo factory in Petaling Jaya, spanning 2.06 acres has been transacted at a price of RM 46 million.

4. An agricultural land located in Serendah, Selangor, spanning 53.25 acres has been sold to Chin Hin Property Group Berhad for RM 54 million.

5. Matrix Concept Holdings is expanding its landbank in Negeri Sembilan.

6. Maxim Global Bhd acquired a 6.06 acres leasehold land in Bandar Permaisuri, KL for RM 50 million.

INDUSTRY NEWS
