3. Contracts awarded to service providers operating in the oil & gas industry has picked up in the last 2 months with the anticipation of higher oil prices and higher inflation rate.

4. A related party transaction between Adventa Bhd and her managing director had taken place. Lucenxia (M) Sdn Bhd is the transacted company. It is involved in providing home dialysis products for the treatment of end-stage renal disease.

PROPERTY NEWS

1. Chin Hin Group Property Bhd is on a shopping spree. He had acquired another piece of 8.23 acres of land located at Kuchai Road this week.

2. Sunway Property had acquired a piece of land within the walking distance of Taman Mutiara MRT station for RM 42 million.

INDUSTRY NEWS

1. The surged in Silver price driven by retail investors only last for 3 trading days. Asset prices are always influenced by institutional players, not retail investors.

2. M1 and M2 are the measurements for the money supply in a country. Malaysia M1 and M2 have continued to increase in Dec 2020, which means more money to push up the asset prices in the nation.

3. Despite the loan moratorium has ended in Sept 2020, there is no sign showing that the non-performing loan in Malaysia's banking system is spiking up. In short, Banks' assets are still safe and any pullback in Bank stocks presents a good buying opportunity.
