The demand for germinated palm oil seeds can be used as a gauge to measure  Malaysia's palm oil planting and replanting activities. A higher demand for germinated palm oil seeds reflects a higher planting or replanting actions that have been taken in the month, which will translate into a higher output 4 years down the road when palm oil starts to mature.
