Undertake a capital reduction by cancelling RM650 million of its issued share capital to offset accumulated losses of RM624.37 million at the group level, leaving it with retained earnings of RM24.4 million. 5 Aug, 2024 Talam Transform Bhd Plans to dispose of a 27.72-acre piece of land in Sepang to a unit of IJM Corp Bhd as partial debt repayment. Talam Leisure Development Sdn Bhd has agreed to sell the land to Ever Mark (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Properties Sdn Bhd. 31 Mar, 2022 Talam Transform Bhd Subsidiary Europlus Bhd has inked a joint venture with Janajaya Murni Sdn Bhd (JMSB) to jointly develop two parcels of land owned by Europlus in Serendah, Selangor, into a residential project with a combined gross development value of RM388.23 million.
